About this villa rental
Villa ideally located on the heights of Mandelieu la Napoule near Cannes.
The villa is spacious and very bright with large independent areas, a significant and appreciated environment, optimized and pleasant spaces to live with its beautiful volumes: large American kitchen with counter, American refrigerator, oven + combined oven/microwave, washing machine , dishwasher, all household linen is provided and Free Wifi.

Calm and comfortable, its decoration is very refined, neat and modern. You will easily feel at home. It consists of several terraces with sea views including 1 large one of 75m2 where you can spend pleasant barbecue evenings and admire a majestic Mediterranean landscape as well as the many nocturnal activities of the season such as the almost daily fireworks. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. The living room is 80m2, it is friendly with a view of the sea.
The Villa is oriented towards the Lérins Islands, the Bay of Cannes, the Bay of Théoule, the Esterel and the Golf "Old Course" of Mandelieu. An exceptional view which we enjoy continuously because it is completely unobstructed.
For snags, Mandelieu has a second golf course: "Riviera Golf de Barbosi"
The tiled and private swimming pool is maintained as well as the garden.
For baby's comfort, we offer you at no extra charge and on request the cot (120 x 60) with sheets and duvet as well as the high chair.
Every week, La Place du Capitou offers you its authentic Provençal market, other weekly markets are also available in Mandelieu.
The nearby Tourist Office will offer you many other activities adapted to everyone's tastes.
Mandelieu La Napoule has the particularity of having fine sandy beaches where you can relax but also and above all free parking lots and car parks (we put a blue disc at your disposal).
The villa is equipped with a security alarm with free video surveillance that you can use at your convenience.

You will consult our "Guest Book" where everyone has been able to put their comments, which are always very complimentary about the welcome we will reserve for you.

Provide 200€ of cleaning costs to be paid upon your arrival.
For good management, electricity consumption is planned for an approximate average of 20KW per day.
A meter reading will be taken at the entrance and exit of your stay. Anything over that will be at your expense.
Electric cars, the charge cannot be at our expense.
