It is professionally decorated with spacious living and dining area, a full kitchen, full bath room for each bed room with granite counter top throughout, and a laundry room with full size washer and drier. A private 290 sq. huge balcony runs the length of the unit and has spectacular views of the ocean. If you need a bigger space, our condo can be rented as a 3 bedroom with additional lockout unit.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The property was spacious, well-maintained, and offered spectacular views. Kevin was extremely easy to work with and was very accommodating, including allowing flexibility with our checkout time due to our later flight. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend this property.

Unit starting to show its age however it is fine for a quick weekend beach trip.

There was some misunderstanding about use of the Hilton pools. We thought we would have access but were asked by Hilton staff to leave and go only to the Royale Palms pool. The patio table needs replaced. The value for the view was amazing!

The location and view of this condo is amazing. However, it is in need of updating and painting. We were very disappointed to see the condition of the dirty carpet and furniture. The place needed a dusting as well. The walls were in need of painting. The overall place needed cleaning and refreshing.There were no complimentary products except soap and a dishwasher pod. It was a great location and has great potential. It just needs some love.
