****WE HAVE IT ALL..UNLIKE SOME RENTALS, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF HILTON'S POOLS, INCLUDING THE INFINITY POOL, THE OWNER'S POOL IN FRONT, AND THE KID-FRIENDLY SANDY BOTTOM POOL, from March through October, AND 2 JACUZZIS. *****
Our NON-SMOKING unit is on the 7th floor of the building in Kingston Resort, providing a magnificent view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. The Ocean View unit has more than 1,800 square feet of living space, not including the balcony. The Royale Palms Resort is located next to the Hilton Resort and the two are connected by a temperature-controlled walkway providing easy access to restaurants, Starbucks, and gift shop. We have access to the Hilton pool, pool deck and Tropical pool complex amenities so there is no worry about access to these amenities. On the pool deck, there is the huge oceanfront tiki bar and restaurant, the tropical pool complex with two pools and hot tubs, live poolside music during the popular summer months. Our unit also offers access to the 'Owners' private swimming pool if you are looking for more private sun time.
Also at your convenience is access (with a nominal fee) to the Fitness 78, a 50,000-Square-Foot Sport & health club that showcases state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an aerobics studio, Racquetball Courts, an all-seasons lap pool, a sauna and Whirlpool, a junior Olympic Swimming Pool & a sundeck.
If you have ever stayed at Royale Palms, you will agree that this is a premier location. The Royale Palms is convenient to:
• Shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Wal-Mart Supercenter, The Market Common, and the Inlet Square Mall
• Theaters including The Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, GTS Theatre, Legends In Concert, Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre
• Restaurants-: So many to name but Café Amalfi and Beachcombers are located conveniently in the Hilton.

Daily maid service is NOT available. Access to Splash! The Waterpark next to the Embassy Suites is NOT available with this unit. The unit owner can assist you with any questions concerning your stay. Recommendations and suggestions are always welcome.
We offer instant booking; however, we may request proof of age at the time of that booking. You may send a copy of the license, which will be destroyed after verification. We must ensure the minimum age is met.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and met all requirements for our golf trip. Tiffany was incredibly helpful and communicative. We had everything we needed and highly recommend this rental for a perfect getaway. Definitely will look to book again for our next outing!!

This property was perfect for my group of 8. It was clean and neat and very inviting. The rooms were spacious and all appliances were in working order. The host made herself readily available when I called. I’ll definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was wonderful! Clean, well furnished, great location! The host was awesome- responded immediately to any questions we had! Keyless entry made check in very easy. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay on the beach. Was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the owner's pool. Would definitely stay here again. Host wad very attentive and answered any questions in a timely manner.
