Breckenridge is Open! Our unit is cleaned thoroughly with cleaning products that included disinfectants. We will provide freshly washed sheets and towels. We encourage guests to wipe down surfaces if desired as long as the products do not bleach the surface.

Brian was communicative, responsive, and made the whole process seamless from booking to checkout. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and cozy — the gas fireplace was a great way to wind down after long days on the mountain. Location is unbeatable: Quicksilver lift is steps away and Main Street is a short walk. We were a family of 2 adults and kids for 6 days in March and couldn't have asked for a better home base. Highly recommend!

Place was clean, hot tub nearby, access to the slopes was as advertised (200 yard to nearest lift), close walk to town of Breckenridge. All good.

Kind of confusing directions for locating the property and parking as well as check out procedures (they were in the back of the door and hard to locate). You must print a parking pass before arriving to park outside. Owner was very helpful when called however.
Kind of noisy a few nights we were there. Might have just been who was staying nearby. But we wanted the windows open and at 2am they were going strong behind our condo so that wasn’t possible.
