The house was a perfect fit for our family vacation. Everything was just as stated on app. The realty company who assisted with the rental of this house was super attentive. I so appreciated their quick responses whenever I asked a question.

The home was exactly as described. It was spacious and the design of the home allows for so much light which was lovely. The kitchen had all one needed to prepare meals. The porch was an added bonus. The only issue we had was the new home being built in the adjoining neighborhood. There was constant banging from 7am - 4pm, including on the weekend. That said, we enjoyed staying in this home.

We loved the Rental and only had one minor in convinence with the Dryer. But both owner and BH were responsive and helpful. Issue was resolved. Would recommend clearing a couple more tress near the driveway to make access a little easier very tight with large suvs and van. Within a short driver of most beach’s and Cities. Loved Arnold’s. Yarmouth sand sculpture tour is a must!! Helen H out of Hyannis for group fishing.

Having rented in Wellfleet for 45 years this house is by far the best. Clean, well maintained, well appointed, and obviously cared for by the owners. Plus it has an in tune baby grand piano that my wife played every day.
