Everything as promised! Clean, updated, and Naomi was super responsive when we needed code to Hot Tub gate. Highly recommend!

Very quiet location and easily accessible to RMNP and Grand Lake (25-30 min). Groceries, restaurants, and medical services within minutes in Granby. Condo was clean, had comfortable furniture and beds, and had all that was needed for our 3 night stay. Neighbors were nice and quiet. A little warm during the day but cooled down in the evenings with open windows and use of fans. We visited in July and would highly recommended this condo for a family of 4. Also, recommend the Granby rodeo a couple minutes away!

Beautiful and very clean place. It was mostly perfect for our family. We loved almost everything. The 2 things we struggled with were the water pressure was tough. If someone was in the shower and any other water was turned on, you lost all pressure. Second, the pool is not apart of the listing. You have to drive a few miles down the road and it is 20 per person per day. We ended up using the resort across the street to swim at, it was considerably cheaper and close. It really was a great place and stay overall. I would recommend it, just need to know those couple of things.
