The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The place was clean. Couple issues were we could not use the shower in one of the bathrooms because of a plumbing problem and we always ran out of hot water. It was an inconvenience and a little upsetting since we paid for 2 bathrooms. Also the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work until the next day. Which Jared the maintenance man was very nice and prompt in trying to fix the problem. Not that we came to watch tv, but my daughter had altitude sickness and would have watched tv while laying down.

Wonderful stay in Grandby. Property had 4 hot tubs, pool and a sauna. It was great to sit on the balcony after a day of activities. Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would stay here again.

Went to area to do some hiking. It was a great central location. Owners were communicative via text. Would definitely stay again.

I would like to start with the location of the place was great! The condo was nice and looked like the pictures ! We had this trip scheduled for several months prior to the visit . Covid-19 started to develop around the time of the stay. I called before the 14 hour drive to make sure everything was up and running (which at the time it was and no plans to change per them). I understand things were changing daily. We decided to go but after two days of stay all the amenities shut down along with all places to eat ( curb side only) : We contacted the renters and stated we needed to check out but would be happy forfeit the cleaning fee and the nights stayed and would like to be reimbursed for the rest of the stay since we planned on a week stay. They declined since we check in already ! Super frustrating since we pickEd a place that we could do things still knowing the ski places might shut down. We understood that, but there should’ve been a compromise but none was given ... basically sorry nothing we can do! The TVs in bedroom doesn’t work properly and when in quarantine there is nothing else to do. I feel it’s poor business and jeopardize us for our way home since stores/ gas stations where limiting hours etc. I feel very disappointed in the renters.
