About this house rental
High standard - with pool and sauna - another hydromassage pool - small fishing pond - with garden and children's play area - close to the sea (about 12 minutes).
Pescatore (12 pers.)
The building is located about 9km from Fano, 15 minutes drive from the sea. It is divided into two wings, one occupied by the owners (a couple with a son and 2 quite dogs). The other, with separate entrance stands available for rent. You can eat great local fresh fish menus for dinner, personally cooked by the owner (Fisherman). The menu includes not only fish appetizers, pasta dishes based on fish and fish but also white wine, water, digestive for only 30.00 EUR / pers. The property is fenced and offers next to the building: 8.500 square meters of fenced garden, children's playground, fishing pond, small animal enclosure, 6-corner Jacuzzi for 6 people, Swimmingpool (6 * 12m) with children's slide, sauna, barbeque. The wood for barbeque and sauna is free, the owner heats the sauna on request, if the guests do not wish to do it themselves. The house was extensively restored in 2022. Characteristic features are the wooden beams, old rustic furniture and modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The house has central heating (payment after consumption), bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Weekly cleaning also included. All costs, exception made for the heating consumption, are included in the rent. Other facilities: internet access (cable and wireless), garden furniture (beds, chairs, tables, umbrellas), barbecue. Pets are allowed on request (because of the size). Free parking

Entrance room, single room with a large single bed, double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bidet. Double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Triple room with bathroom with shower and bidet. Another Triple room with bathroom with shower. Finally, another room (with french bed, 140cm). Another bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
