In this cozy King, Queen cottage located in Homosassa, you're close enough for a quick 15-minute car ride to the breathtaking Three Sisters Springs and just three minutes away by car from the beautiful Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and ice maker, allowing you to easily prepare delicious meals. Refresh in the 2 bathrooms, where you'll find towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer. Stay comfortable with the air conditioning and heating, and relax in the provided linens.
Spend your days exploring the nearby Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge, just a 13-minute drive away, or enjoy the on-site games for the kids. With ample parking available, you'll have the freedom to come and go as you please. This Is a duplex, you have your own back yard and mooring and sometimes you will have a neighbor that also has their own yard and mooring. The covered Tiki Bar area is for theguests staying in the adjoining unit. Friday is the day for the lawn guy so if you can leave space so he can bring his mower in that ould be fantastic.There are 2 car parking spaces under the carport where you can leave your boat trailer.

We enjoyed our stay on the river. Home was clean and accommodating. Parking was a little tricky and we were blocked in by duplex neighbors. It was a plus that we were able to have our boat and the fishing was good. Would recommend and stay again.

The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!!

Need to put boat in before trying to go to property, no room for boat and trailer.had to back tamdem trailer into driveway from street into culdesac and it just fit..22.5 walkaround.also needs more / better cleats at dock.after learning proprty we would stay again.excellent spot close to Hommassa springs.
