On the outskirts, 700 m from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property, garden 100 m2. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Saas im Prättigau" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km.
