The place was great. Other than one little snafu reaching the owner to check in, everyone went smoothly. Would recommend this place, and would rent it again.

Frank's townhouse was a lovely place to stay in Petaluma. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and chocolates, and the home was clean and well laid out. We were able to cook a few times, and it was great to have pots and pans at the ready. We would definitely recommend.

very clean!
very miserly on bath towels. only 2 towels per bathroom, requiring us to do laundry mid vacation.
couch (a futon) in very poor shape. needs replacing.
needs extra blankets. needs new bed pillows; these were very old and flat.
