My wife and I had a relaxing 10 day stay in this home in Petaluma, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind and explore the area. The location is ideal. It's in a quiet neighborhood with only a 10-15 walk to great restaurants and shopping. And Petaluma is an ideal home base for exploring wine country, redwoods, and the coast. The home itself is great too. Loved the large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Frank is friendly and responsive and keeps the home clean and maintained. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay within easy walking distance of Petaluma. The owner made our stay simple with regard to home access, parking, location, and even left us a welcome basket of snacks and wine! I will definitely book this home again!!

very clean!
very miserly on bath towels. only 2 towels per bathroom, requiring us to do laundry mid vacation.
couch (a futon) in very poor shape. needs replacing.
needs extra blankets. needs new bed pillows; these were very old and flat.
