This property was in an amazing location to downtown Petaluma. The host left a kind gift for us and check-in was a breeze. My only cautions are that you are actually sharing the house with people who live downstairs, thus limiting your privacy. The entire living space is up a steep flight of stairs and the temperature was quite uncomfortable although there is a stand alone air conditioner in the master bedroom. There are no black out shades in the master, so be prepared for the sun to awaken you before 6:00 AM. The temperature inside the space in the afternoons was very uncomfortable, but evenings and mornings are nice and cool with the windows open.

This is our 2nd time renting this house and love it! A beautiful 10-minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants in Downtown Petaluma. Very comfortable. Feels like home.

House is just a 10 minute walk to downtown through a residential area. The accommodations met all of our needs.

very clean!
very miserly on bath towels. only 2 towels per bathroom, requiring us to do laundry mid vacation.
couch (a futon) in very poor shape. needs replacing.
needs extra blankets. needs new bed pillows; these were very old and flat.
