About this house rental
If space, light and a modern style are what you're looking for, then look no further. This brand new home has recently been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is extremely spacious. There are six bedrooms spread over two floors, two TV rooms, a games room and a fully screened in pool and jacuzzi.
Upon entry you are greeted with an open plan view of the downstairs living area and immediately you will realize how bright and airy this house is. The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can cater for your family at home, without having to eat out every night. There is a breakfast bar which seats 4, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while you cook! There is also a formal dining table that seats a further eight people. The downstairs lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating and a wall mounted flatscreen TV with cable television and a DVD player. From here there are patio doors to the brick paved pool area which has a good sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers for soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine and a shaded patio table, perfect for al fresco dining. The first of the master bedrooms is downstairs and has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with pool access door. The garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table and air hockey table which converts into a ping pong table. There is a half bathroom adjacent to the games room for convenience.
Moving upstairs there is a large loft area with plenty of seating and wall mounted flatscreen. You can watch what you like downstairs and send the kids upstairs to watch their choice. The remainder of the bedrooms, including the second master with en-suite bathroom which is at the front of the house, are upstairs. There are two family bathrooms upstairs also.
The house has 8 smart TV's for your leisure as well as free WiFi and unlimited calling to anywhere in the world!
There is off street parking at the front of the house for two cars and the resort facilities are over the road but walking distance. Stroll across to enjoy the beautiful pool and lazy river, take the kids to the splash zone and keep an eye on them as you relax in one of the poolside cabanas. Feeling energetic? There is a fully equipped state of the art fitness center to help you keep control of the American portion sizes. With all there is to do in the house and within the resort it's unlikely to hear the kids say I'm bored, but just in case there is a gaming arcade with plenty of competitive games to while away an hour or two. There are two bars on site and snacks available.

We had a great family vacation at the house. It was the perfect size for our large group, rooms were decorated, games in the garage were fun, and the pool with the added heat was fantastic to relax in. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was as described and very spacious. Per the previous reviews, I knew what to expect. However, I was hopeful that the issues would be resolved before our scheduled stay. Unfortunately, it was NOT and we were slightly disappointed! For example, the sofa downstairs in the sitting area was still soiled and the hot tub was inoperable. The carpet on the stairs had large visible stains and was not vacuumed. We purchased a chair cover to be able to sit of the couch and didn't use the hot tub.
So, this was the deal breaker! Our third day in the property as we are preparing to start our day. The power goes out! We were in the middle of cooking breakfast, ironing clothes, etc. No, big deal. We thought we were experiencing remnants from Hurricane Elsa. After surveying the neighborhood, we realized everyone else had power. So this was an isolated incident. We immediately contacted costumer support and the property owner. Mean while, my father a disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD is in the middle of a full melt down. He had valid concerns of the food in our fully stocked refrigerator going bad and the lack of air in the middle of a Florida summer. He also began searching for alternate lodging as we didn't know how long the power would be out. The owner responded promptly and the power was eventually restored. Apparently, there was a miscommunication with the owner and the power company and the power was disconnected. The owner was very apologetic and offered a free night on our next stay. However, we will not be returning!!!
