This property on the outskirts of Sainte-Marie-du-Mont is one of them! With its large, enclosed, wooded garden, this spacious and secluded house overlooks the Bay of Veys, a remarkable natural site. The panorama is splendid, especially from the triple bedroom upstairs. A 180° view stretching all the way to Pointe du Hoc! The living room offers a pleasant sitting area two steps down. The ideal place to relax, with its terracotta tiles and its impressive Valognes stone fireplace. The right wing offers two bedrooms and a bathroom entirely on the ground floor, while the other bedrooms are located upstairs. Two families can therefore stay together comfortably. The large wooden terrace will be the gathering place. It's pleasantly cool in the shade of the mimosa tree from late winter onwards. You can easily walk to the charming village square (shops). Utah Beach, a key D-Day landing site, and the Beauguillot Nature Reserve are both nearby.
