Perfect for families or couples! Each bedroom is private and has its own attached bathroom.
This beautiful new house is designed in New Orleans style architecture.
Double balcony. There a private balcony off the master suite with seating.

-65 inch smart TV that is capable with Netflix, Hulu, Etc (just use your log in.)
-High quality “Everyone” brand shampoo and body wash in each bathroom
-Parking accommodates two cars with potential for additional street parking
-Well stocked kitchen with supplies for all your cooking needs
-Dining area seats 6 (4 at the table and 2 at the island)
This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.
There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.
Driving:
15-20 minutes to Pensacola Beach
12-15 minutes to Pensacola Airport
15-20 minutes: Naval Aviation museum and Pensacola NAS
We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.
We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.
Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking in front of house. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.
Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.
There is a $250 security deposit required and will be done as a credit card hold or pre-authorization 2 days prior to your arrival.

This rental was clean. Neighborhood is great. We were in walking distance to wedding venue we attended. House had everything we needed would stay here again 100%.

The listing for this charming downtown home was 100% accurate. The host sent us great food options as well as beaches to visit. Communication was fantastic! If you are looking for a family friendly , clean/safe rental in downtown Pensacola- you have found the perfect place:)

Our family of 5 adults stayed at this property for 4 nights. We were in town for a Navy reunion as well as a family member's Birthday and vacation. This was a great location. The neighborhood was quiet, easy check in, beautiful home, clean and quick response from the owners. It's nice that each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. It's also nice to have a bedroom located on the main floor. The only issue we had was that the 2 upstairs showers were not draining properly. I notified the owner Naomi and she had a plumber come out same day and it was all fixed. We would definitely stay here again.

There were no issues with this rental. My family had a great time and the location was close to a lot of different activities and restaurants. I would totally rebook this property in the future and recommend it.
