Overall everything was good. My 2 suggestions to the owner would be a 20 new toilet seat (the padded 70s toilet seat was terrible) and fix the water pressure in the shower! This property gets a solid 9/10 and would have been 10/10 if the above suggested improvements for 40-50 were made!

The good:Enough places to sleep. Washer and dryer on site. Enough pots, utencils to make a meal. Shampoo was provided. Working fridge, oven. Needs improvement: could have been cleaned better. Kitchen counter and upper cabinets needed to be wiped. Webs all over outside. Frying pans all scratched. Only 1 fork, 1 mug, 1 bowl (others- plates, spoons, glasses enough)AC was preset to 63 so it got cold some nights. No curtains on some windows. Air filter needs urgent replacement.
