Very spacious room! Bigger than expected. Host was very responsive and accommodating. When we arrived, the room was orderly and very clean! Absolutely will stay here again and highly recommend.

I made my reservation because it said the unit would have a patio or balcony. That was really important to me. When we arrived, our unit had neither. I called the front desk and was told that the type of room I booked does not come with a balcony or patio. I explained that the VRBO listing claims that it does. After a lot of back and forth, the resort upgraded me. It was a very frustrating, unnecessary hassle at the end of a long day of travel. I'm not sure who manages the VRBO listings for the resort, but this needs to be fixed. The resort itself was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, but I would book directly through the resort so that I know exactly what I'm getting.
