STUNNING RESORT STUDIO NEAR UNIVERSAL

It was a good stay. The room is nice, clean and fresh. It was a good night sleep, clean sheets and towels and a full size coffee pot is always appreciated! The jetted tub was a nice touch but we didn't use it. Loved the size of the shower but lacked any shelving for toiletries. The vertical blinds are not very good at blocking the outside light so the night time flood lights beamed in between the blinds. Being on the pool side view, it's rather noisy from the pool goers and those down below after hours. Parking is not great and there's not enough handicap parking close to the buildings. The kitchenette is nice and fully stocked but we had hoped there was a cook top of some sort to cook a meal. The elevator was like a sauna each time we used it, not sure if the AC wasn't working or what but a few of us guests jokingly called it the sauna-vator. If you're looking for a clean crisp room this is it but be ready to battle parking because the spaces by the building fill up early and you end up having to park in the garage and walk a good distance back to your room in the evenings after returning tired from your events of the day.

Very accommodating! Would definitely stay again at this location!

I just selected the location based on a event I needed to attend, so I did not participate in anything that was offered. I did visit the market, which has everything you would need. I visited the restaurant for takeout. We ordered some wings, which were good and a salad but they forgot the dressing and the utensils. I just had a one bedroom and it was clean, but due for a refresh. The room needs light fixtures. They only have light on the nightstands and two lights over the bed, so if you don't open the vertical (Yup- the old ones) blinds you basically have no light. The blinds do not block out the lights from the parking lot so you need to be able to sleep with the night lights coming in. It has a kitchen area that has a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and dishes. They do supply you with coffee, dish soap, dish towel, and paper towels. They only give you four washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. So if you plan on staying more than 3 days this could create and issue. It has a huge old jetted tub in the bathroom that I can't imagine anybody using for all kinds of reasons. They do supply toilet paper and tissue but it is one ply. The bed was comfortable and the AC works great. They do give you a table with two chairs to eat your snacks, and food, but no light over the table to see. All in all okay for a short stay for an outside event, however I would not book this resort again.
