About this apartment rental
All new remodeled beachfront property 5 minutes from the airport, spectacular beach view in main living area and bedroom, new kitchen, new bathroom, new furniture, new king size bed in room, sofa turns into queen size bed, new light fixtures, ceiling fans, new appliances, toaster oven, coffee maker, blower, mini bar, all new. TV/cable in both living room and bedroom, complimentary WIFI. Air conditioning available. Beautiful modern decorations, pool, private beach access, and one free private parking space. Steps away from trendy beach restaurants and bars, night clubs, casinos, 5 start hotels, entertainment and shopping. Bus stop to Old San Juan or to the airport only five minutes away as well and costs only 75 cents. Other amenities include Watersports Rentals/lessons (jet ski, kite surfing, kayaks, parasail, banana boats, surfing, etc.) Bike rentals are 10 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are located on this specific floor (12th). Machine money cards are available in the lobby next to the Administrator's office. 24 hour rental car company and CVS pharmacy just 2 minutes away. Also, Isla Verde beach which is steps away from my condo was named 2016 Best Urban Beach of the United States by USA Today and is also number eight on the Top Ten Best City Beaches in the World (Travel and Leisure magazine).

This really was too good to be true. The view and the location alone were amazing. The beach was beautiful. Places to eat or drink are EVERYWHERE. Casinos about 10 minutes away. Being 5-10 minutes from the airport without hearing planes going by is my new obsession.
The Condo was beautiful. Kept very clean had some key amenities such as chairs and coolers for the beach. The communication with the host was excellent. He gave tips on what to eat and where to go for a good time. It was perfect! 10/10 I have been recommending this to everyone I know.

Spotless condo located right on the beach! Easily accessible to stores & restaurants. Host was available and always ready to answer any questions you may have. He also provided tips of where to go & what to see. We’ll definitely be back! George & Kathy Smith

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. Your view is just pure ocean and beach. You walk across a small street and you’re on the beach, with access to drinks & restaurants. Keep in mind, this is an oceanside property, so you will hear the waves and the people throughout the day. José always had great communication and answered any questions I had, which was greatly appreciated as I was doing a solo trip. I would definitely stay here again! Great location, great host, great activities.

This one bedroom condo (with a king bed) is located in the Alambique section of Isla Verde Beach, our favorite beach after taking many trips to Puerto Rico. It is less than a 10 min. Uber ride from the airport. You can park your rental car here, or you can just Uber around. The condo is nicely decorated. You can cook, if you like. We used their cooler every day to take food and drinks to the beach for the day. They have a nice cart on wheels so you can easily walk a few blocks to the grocery store and bring back groceries for the week. They also have a little boogie board. This was our second visit since we liked it so much during our first visit. The single only recommendation I can make is for the owner to get room darkening curtains in the bedroom. Otherwise, this place is absolutely perfect. The owner communicates very fast and is very friendly. We highly recommend this place. Thanks for another wonderful stay!
