About this house rental
Our home is just 8 miles from downtown Nashville 🌆 and 2 miles from the airport. ✈️We have a total of four bedrooms. On the main level there is a king bed connected to the upstairs bathroom and two other rooms with queen beds. Bonus there is a whirlpool tub in the bathroom! 🛀🏼 Downstairs there is a twin bed and queen bed in one room. There is also a total of three couches and one love seat. 🛋 In the den there is a futon that pulls out and is the size of a queen (recommended for one person or two small people) It’s easy to set up. The fireplace in the den does not work at this time.
There is another full bath (beautiful new construction) and half bath. located on the lower floor with a den and living area that includes a second tv and foosball game. 📺 We have plenty of blankets, pillows and 2 brand new HVAC’s to keep you comfortable. It feels best set at 68.
The back patio has a gas grill and beautiful sitting area which lights up at night with string lights. ✨ The house sits on an acre lot so there’s lots of space.

I can’t think of a better place to host our family reunion. This property was perfect for all of our needs! Plenty of space to spread out when people need their own space, and a great eating and visiting area as well. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe. Also, ample parking for 5 cars. Short drive to all the downtown destinations

My husband's family wanted to gather to catch up. We all live in different areas (South Carolina, Indiana and New York). We wanted somewhere that had things to offer the younger ones and the older ones things to do separately, plus a place we could all hang out together. Nashville as a great choice.
Then, we needed a place that would be comfortable and roomy enough for 8 adults and 1 child (next time, we'll need room for another child, because there's another one on the way now!!) We looked at a lot of places and ultimately decided on Hilltop Manor. It was a lovely home. There were 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There was a well-appointed kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed and a great grill in the gathering area in the back yard.
We were all able to do what we wanted during the day, and get back in the evenings to enjoy a family meal and games or just talking. This truly was a home away from home, and we all enjoyed our stay. The only improvement would be a recliner for the old people (me!( LOL
Brittani was awesome to stay in touch, even though she had a baby while we were there!! You won't be disappointed if you choose Hilltop Manor. I promise you !
