Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The house was just as described and very nice accommodations. We were there during the ice storm and the host did an excellent job communicating along the way. Communication made everything go so much smoother. Thank you!!!!

I have to go to work frequently for work and always stay in a Vrbo or through other property management apps. The ease of staying at a place where the team can meet that is not a hotel lobby is my main reason, but this property was the best. It was so comfortable, in an amazing area, and don’t get me started on the beds! At home, I’ll sleep for 5-6 hours max. My whole team ended up sleeping in everyday and were fully rested. Will try to stay here every time I go To Nashville from now on. Eve my business partner said this property ruined all other Nashville properties for him. Great job Chris and team!

This is a house, not a home. If you need a place to sleep, it's fine. The neighborhood is great. Safe, quiet and close to downtown. There are restaurants in this neighborhood that are better than the tourist traps downtown. Don't overlook them. The house was surface clean. That's it. Comfy beds. Private bathrooms for each bedroom was nice. That's the end of the good. Freezing basement bedroom which we addressed with the management company and they brought a space heater right away. Lots of stairs in this house so if there are any mobility issues, this is not for you. There were a lot of basic maintenance issues in this house that should be addressed that would have made the stay more pleasant. The kitchen is not as well equipped as the listing suggests. It may have been at one time but it isn't now. With some basic improvements, like a couch that seats more than two people, this could be very impressive. It's a basic rental right now. maybe that's how they like it. Not sure.
