Welcome to Stonewood Manor — a high-end, design-forward retreat in Scottsdale where every bedroom has its own bathroom, the finishes are straight out of a luxury magazine, and the vibe is modern, warm, and unforgettably comfortable.

Park Scottsdale located just west of the 101 is one of the more coveted neighborhoods in Scottsdale because of it's prime location and ease of access to Old Town, the 101 Loop North and the new Talking Stick Entertainment complex and so much more.
Other Things to Note:
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only.
Properties also include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room for all of us. There were a couple of items that came up and the host was very responsive. It is a vacation house that you just want to hang out at, not leave until you have to pack to go home. My only complaint is that the kitchen (dishes and silverware) isn’t equipped to handle a party of 10 (we ate all meals at the house) so we had to go out and buy paper plates and plastic silverware.
