NIGHTLY MINIMUM:
In an effort to prevent nuisance parties, we do not allow one night stays.
OCCUPANCY:
Max guest count is 16 people.
The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay.
Because our home is stocked and prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guest fees may apply for guests beyond the base count, up to the maximum allowed occupancy (16 Guests).
VENDORS:
Outside vendors require prior approval by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules. We are not responsible for any fees if you book a vendor and must cancel on them because they are unapproved.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500)
Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise in the backyard. Do not tamper or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched.
EARLY CHECK IN
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you!

Early check in fee may apply.
LATE CHECK OUT
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
For your safety and the security of the property, we have three exterior security cameras installed:
-Front Doorbell Camera that records audio & video upon motion
-Camera at side gate entry point
-Backyard camera facing back door entry
IS THE POOL HEATED?
Yes! The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100/night & must be heated for the entirety of the stay.
DECORATIONS:
No sticky/adhesive dots, tape or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this ruins paint & wallpaper, and you will be charged for repair) Therefore we do not allow anything to be attached to any walls.
Standalone backdrops are OK
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations. **All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of six adults (and their related dependent children). License # 2033627
