Comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate 10 with two people on the sofa sleeper if needed
Fantastic deck with outdoor grill, fire pit & seating-great views!
We are located minutes from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mtn. Nat. Park Fall River Entrance .
Garage has been converted into a recreation room with ping pong table, foosball, large screen TV, cornhole and games- very fun and great for both kids and adults!
Full kitchen with gas stove and all you need to cook your favorite meals
Washer and dryer in unit available for your use- we provide the soap!
No garage parking
Plenty of parking space in driveway for up to 5 cars
2 pack and plays, 2 strollers, 3 table booster seats and 1 baby gate available
Portable AC for summer as well as circulating house fan that brings cool air up from basement- fans in each bedroom. Our guests have always been comfortable!
Need more space? Ask us about our lower level unit that sleeps up to 6. This lower unit is NOT rented during your stay- no one will be staying at the house except you!
