Dock details: Guests have access to a shared dock. The boat slips are not available for use.

Location is fantastic and if you only need 2 bedrooms I’m sure it’s fine although there were only enough towels for 4. There were no extra sheets which we did not discover until 9pm when we tried to make up the sofa bed. We asked for sheets to be brought and after an hour were told it was too late and it wouldn’t be until the next day. Thus, my children had to sleep on a mattress (very thin couch mattress that made us get an air mattress for the next day)with no sheets. Additionally, there was dog poop all over the yard that we discovered when our child stepped in it. We were also greeted by a roach when we walked in. When we asked for a credit we were eventually given $20 off an over 2k bill for 4 nights. (We used one night on the front end just to be able to check in early enough to enjoy the day, we only stared three nights). I have yet to see the $20, as insulting as that is to make up for sleeping without sheets. We were clear about how many people were staying, it was clear we would be using the sofa bed.
However, the location really is the best, just be aware to check linens and towels and yard early enough to get what you need.
