In a cozy cul-de-sac, on a private half-acre hill, your SWEET RETREAT awaits! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2-story limestone boasts a "media/jam" room upstairs with large sectional sofa with recliners plus comfy chairs, large-screen tv, karaoke, keyboard, drums, and more! Downstairs cozy living room with a fireplace, leather couch/chaise, leather chairs and ottoman. Main/master bedroom up with king-sized bed, private bath, and outdoor deck for star-gazing--private, wooded yard with fire-pit, grill, private pool, pond and waterfall--just 20 minutes from downtown. The stars at night ARE big and bright in the large, private back-yard perfect for star-gazing by the fire pit. Enjoy coffee on the patio while enjoying the peaceful pond and waterfall. All bedrooms and media/jam room are upstairs with 2 full baths. Half-bath is downstairs off the entry-way and living room. Comfortable sleeping (King, Queen, and Full-sized beds) arrangements for 6-8 people. Additionally, XL Twin mattresses are available for set-up in the media/jam room. Three security cameras (outdoor only).

Multiple guests have commented that they never needed to leave the property and enjoyed a peaceful, quiet, restful retreat and/or visit with family and friends.

Inside house was clean. Had to wash towels on 2nd day. Wet laundry already in washer and the dryer was full. Back yard needed mowed bad! Lawn furniture was dirty. BBQ pit was very dirty. Outside of property is very neglected.

Property is exactly as listed. Very well stocked with everything you need. Close to downtown but out of the city so it was the perfect location for this trip. Very quiet and safe location in nice neighborhood at the end of a culdesac. About a $35 Uber trip to 6th Street at off peak times. Careful exiting the driveway as it is fairly steep and I almost ripped the front end off the car. Thankful it was a rental. Just take it slow when leaving. The pool looked nice but we had very cool weather on our trip so we did not use it. Easy drive to DKR. I would highly recommend this property for the Austin area and especially for Longhorn football games if you don’t want the craziness of downtown Austin.

Our family wanted a vacation where we could be together in a peaceful setting with a swimming pool. This property was EVERYTHING we hoped for! Because of the beautiful trees surrounding the yard, the swimming pool stayed cool/cold the entire week. The house is spacious with plenty of seating and all of the amenities. The host is 5 stars! We definitely will want to come back!

We had such a wonderful time at Chris’ home! The backyard exceeded our expectations and was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool was the perfect size and had a decent amount of shade, which was perfect for our kids. Chris was a super responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely come stay here again!

Chris was a very thoughtful and responsive host. Our accommodations were ideal for us. We booked for a stay during the total eclipse and this proved to be a perfect spot. Chris stopped by the next morning to bring us a framed eclipse photo as a memento. How kind!
