- a large living room with Air-conditioner , providing DVD player, ,LCD screen TV and TV cable.
- Fully-equipped Kitchens, full set of kitchenwares & appliances ( big refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing dish machine,hot & cold water dispenser etc. )
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with king size bed
- 3 ensuit bathrooms
Outside space - dining terrace, garden and swimming pool with jacuzzi
- Dining terrace : direct access to the garden and pool
- Big private swimming & jacuzzi & pool deck
- Relieve on a large green garden

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

We visited for a three nights and had a wonderful time. Easy checkin, great communication with the owner and the house was wonderful especially the pool. We also live the flowers, plants and trees in the yard.
