Our one story villa includes two master bedrooms with three elegant bathrooms and a spacious great room. one guest room next to the 3rd bathroom. The open floor plan opens up to pool is perfect for entertaining guests.
Fully equipped kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. And the dining area features a beautiful wood table with seating for six.
Tropical landscaping with exotic plants and flowers surrounds the infinity pool with covered patio and barbeque area. Whether it's a relaxing day spent poolside or enjoying a starry romantic evening under the enclosed veranda with outdoor lighting, this is a great please for friends and family to relax.
The great room features a 85 inch HD TV and surround sound with crome cast. Satellite TV, high speed wifi internet is provided.
Each bedroom includes a hair dryer, top quality mattresses with crisp white linens and cosy down duvets.
All rooms include air conditioning and Wall fans. The Thai decor featuring teak wood flooring sets the ambiance for this highly upgraded villa.
If you need to clean your clothes the villa has a washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board. We also offer a dry cleaning service if you prefer. The Villa comes with a safe to protect your belongins
If you choose to drive a car or ride a motorbike we provide covered parking that will keep them protected from the sun or rain.
Taxi service is available to and from the airport, motor bike/ car rental can be arranged through our host Jenny. Maid service is included in the rent.

Spending Christmas and New Year in this villa with our family was simply fantastic. A really peaceful position, so sleeping was great, I think we managed 10-12 hours in bed most nights! Two minutes travelling in the car would take us to shops, restaurants and bars, so very convenient too.
The layout of the living and sleeping areas is just perfect, with the focus around the pool area (which is just the right size).
The TV and audio system in the living area was awesome, really easy to use and great picture and sound.
Jane met us at the property when we arrived from the airport (even though we were quite late) and the two cleaners came every Friday to clean, change bedding and leave fresh flowers everywhere.
We stay in HomeAway properties a couple of times a year and this was one of the best we have been to.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa sehr genossen. Ein SevenEleven und kleinere Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben einige der Tipps von Kurt umgesetzt und hervorragend gegessen ( Nikita am Beach und Sabai Corner mit wirklich grandioser Aussicht). Unsere Kinder haben den Pool nur widerwillig verlassen. Die Betreuung durch Kurt und vor allem Jane, auch bereits vor der Anreise war großartig. Selbst bei Problemen, die nicht mit dem Haus verbunden waren ( wir benötigten am Sonntag morgen ärztliche Hilfe) war Jane enorm hilfsbereit. Der von Ihr organisierte Leihwagen wartete bei unserer Ankunft bereits - perfekt.

Kurt was a fantastic host - very on top of everything and eager to sort any problems. The Villa is located in the quieter, southern tip of the island and this was perfect for us - a family with 2 tweens, 12 and 14. Well-stocked kitchen, great internet, etc... Close to some quiet beaches and great restaurants. You will need a car, but Kurt's staff can help you with that no problem. A wonderful, relaxing place to stay

I have every confidence that Kurt and his team will bring this to a 5 star property. They are considerate and responsive and have recently taken over this beautiful property. That being said, there's a few things that need to be addressed to bring it to a full 5 star property.
