Newly built lodge finished to a high standard, Hottub to sit in and look up to the night stars. for more information, cycle to the very near 7stanes mtb routes for all levels, walk round the forest of Mabie. The property was excellent,was very well equipped & was in a picturesque location. I spoke to the host Nigel before we arrived,he was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful lodge, nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. Lots of space within the lodge, great amenities for cooking etc and gorgeous views with sheep in the field across which was lovely. Check in process was super easy and communication with Nigel & Heather was great. This was our second time here (both different lodges) and we absolutely can not wait to come back.

Had a brilliant time. Weather & location were just perfect. Lodge was equipped with everything you needed. They had thought of everything. Nigel was so welcoming. Have already passed the details onto friends and will certainly be back. The hot tub was the added bonus.

We couldn't wish for a better first accomodation in Scotland than Nigel and Heather's. Everything we hoped for was available in de lodge.Certainly a must-go if you want to recognize the Southern part of Scotland.
