Delray Beach Vacation Rental Beach House Home
Welcome to our centrally located Delray Beach Vacation Rental Home!
Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping the home has been renovated with modern conveniences.
There is also a Studio for rent on the property for vacation purposes. Studio rents separately and there may be up to 2 people staying in the Studio, with a separate and entrance separate entry from the property. Studio does NOT connect internally to Main House.
Expansive and meticulous garden giving you a lot of room to relax
House has turn of the century flourish along with modern conveniences, chef's kitchen. Charm includes original Miami Dade pine floors, Mexican tiles in the foyer and kitchen, decorative Spanish archways, fire place, a brick mantle. Includes large foyer with a pecky cypress ceiling, a large desk overlooking the front yard and street (not pictured).
The interior of the home was repainted by the owner upon purchase in neutral colors with 1 red accent wall in the living room.

Location
Two blocks from Atlantic Ave we are centrally located. Walking to the beach is a breeze: its 7 blocks and about a 15 min walk. Walking to restaurants for the evening is between 2-5 blocks and as little as 5 minute walk. Driving is not necessary once you reach our home!
The property has a unique side and back yard giving you a lot of room to relax. The yard has meticulous and native landscaping that will indulge and give you the rest, relaxation you need.

Public Municipal Golfing available nearby west of 95 in Delray Beach as well as in Boca Raton for a nominal fee. DelrayDelray Beach Golf Club is a 1923 Donald Ross Design located off of Atlantic Avenue just three miles west of the historic Downtown Delray Beach area. This jewel is a meticulously manicured championship track, and features 6,907 yards and a par-72. Delray Beach Golf Club is the home of many of the most prestigious special events in the area, including the annual Jameson Classic Pro-Am, and the annual Beth Daniel / Meg Mallon Clinic. Charming house, beautiful decorated and very comfortable. It will be awesome with an outdoor umbrella and comfortable outdoor chairs.

I do not believe that the pictures does this place justice. The unit is in great shape, well kept, updated accessories. Went down with three buddies at the last minute for sometime away. This was one of the only places left to rent and I don't know why. It was perfect, location was spot on for access around town and the beach. Includes a pass on the beach. I do not think that you can go wrong with renting this unit!
