Best of everything! Spacious, homey comforts with all resort amenities of a 4-star resort in this Luxury condo rental unit, adjacent to Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort - right before the causeway onto Sanibel Island. To-die-for water & sunset views from 9th Floor screened lanai! Condo pool deck is completely brand new and open!
Just redecorated dining/living room and outdoor furniture - including convenient new desk/work station for those who need to check in to work remotely.
From our high 9th floor location you will witness infinite views of San Carlos Bay, Pine Island and Sanibel Island with amazing sunsets and dolphin and other sea-life sitings, not only from our floor-to-ceiling screened lanai with cool breezes, but from the master bedroom.
The private beach front is just steps off the elevator and has lots of lounge chairs.

The private condo pool and hot tub- reserved only for use by owners and their guests. There is a complimentary condo pool steps from the building...lots and lots of comfy lounge chairs.
If heading to the beach at Sanibel (we are a 5 minute drive, right before the causeway onto the island) we provide beach towels, chairs!
You'll also have access to the amazing 4-star Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort restaurants and bar with outrageous water views....5 minute walking distance from condo.
Choice of 5 Marriott restaurants, open to the public.
The Marriott has an awesome Spa (please check if open post Ian). Fun, Bimini Bait Shack restaurant/bar with daily live music is walking distance as well.
The condo is super spacious with tasteful decor -- all modern stainless kitchen appliances and appointed with everything needed for meal (or cocktail!) preparation if you decide to eat in. In the spacious living area, there's a large round glass dining table/chairs (seats 6 plus 2 more at our breakfast bar) , cushy couches with Queen sleeper that face the water, a new desk/work space area and large flat screen TV and DVD player. Wood plank porcelain floor throughout for a luxurious, clean feel. Head out to see more of the glorious water view on enclosed lanai, reachable through the floor to "almost' ceiling glass sliders.
Condo sleeps 6. The cozy master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, slider to the screened lanai, full water view of San Carlos Bay from the picture window, and full bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bath features a second tub and shower. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
There's a comfy Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
You never have to get in a car to have the vacation of a lifetime...But if you want to explore, the condo is so well situated - right before the causeway ($6 toll) to Sanibel Island renowned for shelling, Ding Darling preserve and cute shops/restaurants; minutes from Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Fort Myers Beach and nightlife, golf courses, historic Edison estate, downtown Fort Myers, great outlet shopping (both Ft Myers and Estero), Naples and much more.

We are just leaving our stay 7/25/25. My kiddos and I absolutely loved our stay! Apartment was clean, pool was fantastic, beach was great! If you are looking to have a beach to yourself and not have to haul a ton of stuff along, then this is definitely the place. Obviously after the hurricane, all the action areas are not up and running. Sanibel…beautiful island feel, just across the causeway. Ft. Myers beach is just a short drive. Bimini bait shack was great! Beds were comfy, water pressure was awesome! We ate most of our meals there and ordered our groceries from Walmart(which they dropped off at the door). Leslie and Andrea were super responsive and helpful! Thank you for an easy/relaxing stay!

Condo was clean and organized. Looked as it did in the photos. The pool/hot tub area was exceptionally nice- the bathrooms at the pool were clean and convenient. The beach was great to relax on- but the water wasn't inviting enough to swim in. We saw dolphins and manatees right along the waters edge. There was a lot of boat traffic that gave us something to look at. Perfect Location to watch sunsets. The area was quiet and it seemed as though there was hardly anyone around- which made it even more relaxing. The Marriott next door had convenient restaraunts with good food and drinks. There were a couple of hatches of flies/bugs that were annoying but to be expected with all of the water around.
