Hard to find in the dark but that’s a me issue! Very convenient location to food and pools. Right next to the toll booth to get to Sanibel.
I wish there would have been a “guide” book with all instructions of garbage, recycling, what to do with bedding, however I did get an email with some of those instructions. Also close grocery stores, hidden gems of local restaurants… those type of things.
We had no remote or way to use the main TV and no signal for the main bedroom tv. We only wanted tv on one rainy evening and we couldn’t.
Th oh roughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo could have been cleaner and the needs to be updated. We could not find the check in office, so we just used the after hours check in method. We had to call for a key to the pool.

We had a great time. The rental was clean and spacious. The only negative it that there was no information in the posting that it was a retirement community, so the hours of the pool and beach were quite early.

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. The view is spectacular and the sunsets were beautiful. The building is very nicely maintained with beautiful landscaping, a great pool and hot tub, and a small beach. The lobby and elevators were decorated nicely and in good condition. The particular condo we stayed in could definitely use updating. The decor is dark with heavy fabrics - not what I would expect from a beach condo. The bathrooms were old, but clean. The kitchen left much to be desired. The appliances are old and some are rusty. The furnishings in the kitchen are ancient or extremely cheap. The whole room just gave us an icky feeling. With some maintenance and updating, this would be a lovely condo to return to.
