About this house rental
This family property can accommodate up to 14 people (if more, contact us). Ideal for bringing together families and / or friends, in different quiet spaces, with a sweet atmosphere full of charm.
It is located in the town center, with all amenities.
It consists of

- 3 shower rooms and a bathroom
- large lounge
- large dining room (large table with 16 chairs)
- large well-equipped kitchen (Smeg equipment and 6-burner stove, 2 Nespresso coffeemakers, normal coffeemakers too, utensils for seafood)
Games and books left at your disposal
Swimming pool open from May to September, secure and heated to 26 degrees.
Pool house with outdoor games (croquet, skittles, molky ...) with its teak lounge chairs.
Outdoor charcoal barbecue and garden furniture under arbor
A large table in cement tiles will invite you to lunches and dinners in the shade of the lime tree.

For babies: bath (on request), baby cots, high chairs.
The house is located 20 minutes from the Barbâtre beach in Noirmoutier (16 minutes if you have the chance to go through the Passage du Gois). And it is less than 10 minutes from the Passage du Gois.
You are also 15 minutes from Notre Dame de Monts and 20 minutes from St Jean de Monts.
Option (to request): beds made and supply of towels and beach towels: 25 E per person.

We had a wonderful staying in Villa Bonna! It was a family holiday with ages from 7 - 73 and everyone loved it. The house was beautiful and suited our needs. The pool was warm and the garden is stunning, with table tennis and lots of space to play and run. There is an amazing boulangerie a few minutes walk away and the house is close to neighbouring towns and beaches. We loved exploring Ile De Noirmoutier, a lovely market, town and beaches. Overall a wonderful stay - thank you.

I chose Villa Bonna to celebrate my 60th birthday with my 3 grown-up children, their partners and my 3 grandchildren. The house, garden, pool and facilities are wonderful, spacious and well-equipped. Cecile & Francois were attentive hosts, with good communication before, during and after our stay. Would thoroughly recommend for a gathering of family or friends.

Villa Bonna is a very family friendly home with plenty of space. We spent four days here with family and young children.
The kitchen was charming and well equipped and there is a pleasant shaded outside seating area.
The pool is nice. The beach is about 20 mins away, a nice boulangerie and deli within walking distance and supermarket 5 mins drive.
Unfortunately the cleanliness of this house really let it down. The toilet rooms were not cleaned well at all, especially the downstairs one.
The en-suite facilities were satisfactory.
The interior and exterior were pretty rundown and untidy in places.
Parking was a nightmare, the angle of access from the main road is very awkward and there is a roundabout style parking area which is shared with neighbours. We could only park one car at the house and the other had to be parked across the road. There was space for two cars but it was too awkward because the neighbour blocked the roundabout and you could only reverse back out onto the busy main road with poor visibility.
A charming house in a nice location with lots of potential.
