Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. They provided a key which was an excellent solution. Overall good experience and great hosts.

Nice, comfortable lower suite very near south campus in Chapel Hill. Not quite close enough to walk to campus, but that’s more due to the nature of Fordham Rd rather than actual distance.

The room was very cold upon arrival and we were told the host had the controls upstairs. They did adjust it but would have been nice to have control over the temp. The unit (inside and out) had a dank smell. A loud fan blew close by. The main disappointment was the noise upstairs. We were awakened bothe mornings by footsteps above. At one point around 8:39 pm someone dropped something and it literally made me jump. TIn my opinion, they needed more sound proofing.
