Relatively clean. Listing is a bit confusing as it implies there's either a 4th bedroom or futon. Had to clarify with the owner. There was actually only 3 bdrms and an air mattress.

This place was fantastic! Communication with the host was quick and helpful.The rooms were very clean and the decor was awesome.The location of the property was just the right blend of a getaway while having all the conveniences of a small down minutes away.
