About this apartment rental
The apartment is very well situated close to the beach one minute walk and WIFI Internet 24/7. Multi TV channels. The apartment is completely independent and private consisting of kitchen, lounge, bathroom, dining area and balcony . The bedrooms are very spacious fully climatised leading to the balcony.At 60m walk, you would be able see and enjoy the blue ocean with white sandy beaches, swim in the tropical aqaurium with various and colourful fish or relax under the filao trees. The apartment offers our customers a fully furnished and nice place with your own washing machine,TV, DVD, huge fridge/freezer, kettle, oven and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning are provided in all the bedrooms and wall fans are also provided for your comfort. The manager is available any time for your comfort. Various water activities are found at the beach such as boat trips, snorkeling and fishing. The shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes walking distance where you can taste the local cuisine and Mauritian food.We wish all our clients an enjoyable holiday.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay @ Flic en Flac in January-March 2024. The property is very spacious, everything is at advertised, close to the beach and fine restaurants. The property manager has been responsive and very helpful. We recommend this property and plan to return again.

The apartement has a good location. You have a great view from the balcony on the ocean and mountains. It's nice to have your breafast on the balcony. It's extremely close to the beach,so it's real eazy to have a morning swim to start the day off right . Not far from restaurants and shops. Since we couldn't stay for the whole period of time in the place iwhere we first were, the owner Rishi offered this as alternitive. He threw in an extra 1 bedroom appartement so my son could also have his own place and even helped together with Chadien to move us. Like always we could count on Chadien for any problem that might emerge to solve it quickly. So as our alternitive stay it was definitely satisfying

The property is close to Flic en Flac beach which is very handy. It is on two levels with bedrooms upstairs, one of the bathrooms is downstairs. Both bedrooms are spacious and one has an ensuite shower room with the toilet elsewhere but on the same level. The lounge and kitchen downstairs are spacious with a large TV with Wifi availability. The lounge has a fan while the bedrooms have air conditioning. There are restaurants nearby or grocery shopping at Winners a few miles away. The property is functional and reasonable value compared to some hotels. Some updating is required hence my average rating. The host is able to help with transfers which can be handy. A functional accommodation which with some updates such as blacked out curtains, updating mattresses and beddings, checking loose microwave connection and smoke alarms etc will warrant a 5 star.
