About this house rental
It's all about location. You will have the perfect family vacation in this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath bathroom lovingly cared for home in a sought private neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and downtown Chatham. There is also deeded access down the street to the Mill Pond-perfect place to launch your kayak.
The large wrap around deck provides for comfortable sitting and sunning while overlooking the large landscaped lot , perfect for whiffle ball and croquet. The deck is also equipped with a gas grill and a table for Al fresco dining or evening cocktails.
The eat-in kitchen has a large table and chairs as well as an island with seating for four. It's the perfect location for gathering while sipping your favorite beverage and snacking on some local sea food bites. A Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, and two wall ovens plus lots of dishes and glassware makes this just what the family chef needs. There is also a formal dining room which can double as a puzzle or game table without interfering with everyday meals.
The oversized living room is comfortably furnished (sofa recently reupholstered) has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a cathedral ceiling.
Off of the living room is the first floor master bedroom suite
complete with its own bathroom equipped with his and hers sinks, a shower and a two person jacuzzi.
The first floor also has a cozy den with desk for those needing to get some work done on vacation, pocket doors for privacy, and another flat screen TV.
Also on the first floor is a half bath, a separate laundry area (no more running to the basement to do laundry) and some additional cabinet space.
From the living room you ascend the staircase to the hallway with balcony overlooking the downstairs and out to the yard. Off of this hallway there are three bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom serves as the "upstairs" master with a queen bed, en suite bath and a large sitting area. The second and third upstairs bedrooms are Jack N Jill sharing a bathroom accessible from either bedroom. One of these rooms has a queen bed and the other has two twins.
The fifth bedroom is the 'Bonus Room' over the garage, which is accessible from the interior of the house and offers complete privacy with its own bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedding is one queen and two twins-perfect for the teens, a Nanny, or the couple with the new baby.

Everything was just great! Our host, Paul, was kind, understanding, flexible and available at least by phone. The property is very comfortable and elegant. We were there during a nor’easter., so spent a lot of time cooking and visiting.,,

My wife and I, our three adult children along with their spouses and our four young grandchildren had a truly memorable time at this beautiful home. The house was amazing with plenty of room and comfort for all. An added bonus is its great location.....close to several beaches and the downtown area yet set on a private road that is safe and quiet.
After a day at the beach, a visit to the many downtown shops and restaurants or a round of golf, we looked forward to returning "home" and relaxing on the expansive deck or watching the grandkids run around the very large yard. So many great and lasting memories were made during a week that went by too fast.

This is a great property. Easy walk to the town of Chatham, as well as an even shorter walk to a small, calm, family friendly beach. The house was clean, very well equipped with all amenities as well as a fully equipped kitchen with lots of glasses, plates, silverware, gadgets, etc. Large very clean garage with beach chairs and an extra refrigerator. Lots of bedrooms all with their own bathroom. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults (parents and three grown children and significant others) as well as our 16-month-old grandchild. We had a great time. Would thoroughly recommend this house for family or multiple couples.
