After a day at Lighthouse or Oyster Pond Beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Both beaches are just a short walk away. House was lovely. Many positives and very fewminor lows. The only one that surprised us was the unsuitability of the bath in the first floor bedroom for someone with balance issues. The result was that the oldest guest needed to go up and down stairs. While we understood the issue, it would have been nice to know about it prior to moving in. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

This property was perfect! Everyone had their own bathroom! Amazing rooms that were quaint and efficiently made to fit a lot of people.
The only downside was that we had to leave our 2 dogs home

We absolutely loved this home and the proximity to downtown Chatham. The house is a wonderful blend of antique features with modern amenities, such as 6 bathrooms with large tubs and showers. It was a perfect stay, would highly recommend! One thing to note, two of the twin beds are up a steep ladder in a loft bedroom which would be great for kids but probably not adults.
