Updated beach house with distant water views in quiet Snug Harbor/East Matunuck Beach. Just one block from Point Judith Pond and three of the nicest marinas in Rhode Island. Approximately 3/4 of a mile to East Matunuck State Beach, the Matunuck Oyster Bar, Captain Jack's and Jim's Dock. Sleeps 4- 6. First floor bedroom with full bed. The second floor has a semi-private bedroom with a queen bed along with two twin beds. The kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. First floor bathroom has also been completely renovated with a walk in shower. WIFI internet service. Central air - outdoor shower and large deck with patio furniture and gas grill. It was nice, especially coming out of state for my daughter's graduation. Beds were small but is what it is. Overall, nice small place for two to four people.

By all accounts, the trip should have been a total wash. We came in from New Jersey for a long memorial day weekend to spend time with dear friends that we hadn’t seen in a while. We were so exited to explore the Matunuck and Naragansett Beaches. But it rained miserably most every day. The bright spot? This rental. It was the perfect place to spend quality time, play board games, and even shoot a short film (the kids got creative!). It was very charming and cute, and we made some core memories there.It was cozy, clean, well appointed and completely charming. Laurie was a pleasure to communicate with. She was kind enough to let us check out late when of course the sun started to peek through the last day of our booking! So kind!
