I believe it is a great place. Should make sure renter knows that parking isn't great for motorcycles. Other than that it was a nice place to hang out after a long day of riding around.

The apartment was clean and in a nice location. What we didn’t expect was there is 3hr street parking from 7am until 7pm which wasn’t listed anywhere or explained ahead of time. We were told we could have purchased a parking garage for 45 a day or just move our car every 3hrs once we got there. We were never sent any instructions on how to get in and had to call to get into the apartment. The owner repeatedly told me I must not know what I was doing and that this has never been a problem before. (Funny enough, I’ve also never had a problem getting into a VRBO before, either). While the apartment was nice, the check-in wasn’t awesome nor was parking from 7am until 7pm explained whatsoever. Also: you have to register your car overnight with the city and the number provided is to the city of Milwaukee. Save yourself some time and just use the website. So if you’re willing to move your car every 3hrs and spend time registering your car, it was a nice place. Just go in eyes open.
