Have rented numerous properties in MKE, have not stayed in this area of town before. Pros of rental -*Rental was clean *deck and backyard space a great amenity*dinning table large enough for our crew of 7*bathroom on main floor - large and spacious. *Great plumbing (this matters because no one wants to deal with the issues of the alternative when you have a larger group ).*plenty of towels in bathrooms*makeup remover wipes*comfortable beds/linen *britta pitcher for water Cons:*We had a group of family ages 7-53, neighborhood is best suited for those who seek a bar hopping agenda as you are a block off Brady Street to do so. *Lots of nighttime noise and traffic - cars squealing tires, loud music blasting from cars in front of house. *staircase in house is steep with small steps in case someone with limited mobility is needing to stay upstairs it could be tough*steps from house back up onto front deck are a little uneven and awkward - again more related to if you have you have younger or older guests or limited mobility. *kitchen had limited supplies. If you don’t plan on making meals in house - you should be fine.
