This charming beach vacation home in the exclusive St. George Plantation community features a private pool, spacious decks to take in coastal views and Island breezes, comfortable beachy decor and community amenities including beach boardwalks, bicycle paths, nature trails, access to Bob Sikes Cut, fitness center, 2 Olympic sized swimming pools, tennis courts and pickleball court! Just a short walk to our award winning sugar white sand beaches, this home sleeps 12, so bring your whole family! Although secluded in a gated community, Top Sea Turvy Turtle is just minutes by car to local restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier and State Park. Historic Apalachicola's shops, restaurants and arts scene are just 30 minutes by car, so this home delivers an amazing, secluded location with the best of the Forgotten Coast within easy reach!
The exterior of this vacation home features plenty of private parking, a beautiful private pool with lounge chairs, community path to the beach and enclosed outdoor shower. The fish cleaning station and gas grill are perfect for preparing that "Fresh from Florida" seafood feast. A short set of stairs lead to the covered deck overlooking the driveway. Entering Top Sea Turvy Turtle, the tiled foyer greets you. The laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is on the first floor, as well as access to a large deck overlooking the gated, sparkling pool.
Stairs take you to the 2nd floor's sleeping accommodations. The beautiful large king master bedroom with flat screen TV features private deck access, full private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and separate shower. A bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, private deck access and bunk room with a twin/full bunk bed, separate single bed and flat screen TV share a full bathroom in the hallway.
The 3rd floor of Top Sea Turvy Turtle provides lots of open space for your crew to gather in the comfortable living/dining/kitchen area. The living area with smart TV provides indoor entertainment options and the large deck off this living area offers outdoor spaces to enjoy coastal views and Island breezes. The fully stocked kitchen has lots of counter space and stainless appliances and the kitchen counter with 4 stools provides a great spot for visiting with the chef in your crew. The dining table that comfortably seats 8 means there is plenty of room for everyone at meal time. The queen master bedroom on this floor has a full bath and direct access to a private deck. An additional half bath off the living area on the third floor offers additional guest convenience.

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. The Plantation is a lovely location. The pool was a big hit in these warm temperatures. Being pet friendly was a great bonus! We are be-backers!!!

My family had a wonderful week at the Top Sea Turvy Turtle. The location was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and the private pool was a huge bonus for my grandkids ages 1-9. The house was clean and was equipped with everything that we could possibly need from alllll of the things in the kitchen to even a box of sand toys and some beach chairs. There’s also a nice high chair as well as a high chair booster seat. It’s also a short walk to the fitness center and Olympian type swimming pool. It’s the perfect location for being able to ride bicycles without having to worry about being ran over. The vacation rental company was very responsive and helpful anytime that I had any questions during the time leading up to our stay. We will definitely check for availability at this house when planning our next big family vacation.
