In the living area you can relax on a comfortable couch, with a view of the 55er Sony Flat, which hangs on a stylish old wood wall.
From the couch you have the relaxing view of the open fireplace, which connects to the right side of the old wooden residential wall.
Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, which give an unobstructed view of the Kitzbühel mountains. In addition, 2 people sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living area.
In the two bathrooms you can relax either in the bathtub or in the aroma of the ethereally scented pine sauna. Or enjoy the generous Walk In Shower in the morning or after the sauna session.
In winter, you can store your skis and boots in a heated ski room.
You park your car directly in front of your individual entrance area in the covered courtyard.
