About this house rental
From the covered verandah, the bungalow opens up to spacious bedroom and living area, with a modern open kitchen and bathroom at the back. Everything is new and designed for tropical comfort. Lyas Bungalows offer sheltered privacy and stunning tropical mountain views.
Access to the beach is literally across the road and the likelyhood of seeing anyone there is remote.
The bungalows are 600m along the beach to Moana Sands, and 400m to Little Poly and Fruits of Raro (Rarotongas top snorkling site).
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only There is wifi at the house, in order to
activated it you need to buy a wifi card from any shop showing the
telecom “e” sign, or buy a “data pack” online using a credit card.

Very nice open plan bungalow back from the road with good privacy. All windows had insect netting and the unit was well equipped. The bed was comfortable and we could get a nice through flow of air so never felt hot and stuffy. Location was good for snorkelling, walking along the beach to Muri and a supermarket close that stays open to 10pm. Communication and advice from Eddie leading up to the stay was excellent. Only negative was the roosters which would start crowing early, however, this seems common across the island as other friends (attending the same wedding) all commented on the roosters. We would stay here again for sure.

Just perfect for my stay. Walking distance to a bar across the road, and a lovely garden/cafe around the corner. Private and quiet. Highly recommend. Was very sad to leave!

Bungalow was easy walk to beach and to Charlie’s (excellent fish tacos) and great snorkeling.

We could not have been happier with our accommodation. It surpassed all our expectations. It was spacious, private, comfortable, super clean and in such a great location. We have never in our travels felt so fortunate to find our perfect accommodation. Thanks to Mike and EddieC who were fantastic and so helpful.
