The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

基本的にレスポンスが遅く、まだ日本にいる時に電話で話したい時も電話をかけてくれることなく国際電話をかけなくてはいけなかった。物件の不具合などに対して対応が遅く、補償の提案も全く御社からなくこちらからofferして初めて検討していただいたように感じ、対応のクオリティが期待はずれで残念でした。物件自体はとても便利な立地で快適に過ごすことができたのがよかったです。
