About this apartment rental

Our new holiday apartment was built here with great attention to detail. It is furnished in the style of shabby chic and the view of the immediately adjacent spa park makes your stay in our 108-year-old Maria Augusta pension something very special - we are proud and happy with what we have created and look forward to many satisfied guests Guests
An apartment (29 sqm) with shower and toilet is available to guests in an absolutely central location in the Garmisch district.
Drinks are available at cost price. Guests arriving by train can be picked up from the train station.

Great to have the park right next door - spent time there in the evenings. Apartment was well located and very well set up. All questions were addressed quickly before & during our stay. Would recommend.

The Old Rose is a clean and tidy and we'll equiped apartment managed by a friendly family. We were greated with a warm welcome and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is close to the centre and shopping area but out on a quiet side street. It was our base camp for various hikes in the region and perfect for that. We can really recommend it. Tipp. A few minutes walk around the corner (turn left down the street) is a bakery - Andreas Hobmeier. They have the best brezels and rolls in town. :-)

"Old Rose" is a charming little apartment in a great location close to the centre of Garmisch. Doris was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Although we didn't cook in the apartment this time, the kitchenette is well-stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and you could definitely avoid having to eat in restaurants for every meal if you wanted to. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would gladly return another time.

What a great experience. Very nice room with all the amenities. A family owned property that takes pride on making sure you have everything you need. Great location with easy walking distance to everything. We will certainly be back to visit old Rose. Dank Doris!!!

The location was perfect - only a few minute walk to the center of town. The host was friendly and very helpful. The "Old Rose" apartment was very clean and very cozy and decorated along the theme of the "Old Rose". There are steps going up to the entrance, but with a railing and non-slip steps I was able to get up and down easily. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Garmisch and be near all the activities to definitely look at staying at the "Old Rose."

Perfect location to train station and town shops. Spacious and comfortable. Small kitchen and dining area was perfect for breakfast. The shower was amazing.
