The German Tourism Association (DTV) has rated our studio with 2 stars. In addition to a double bed, it features a cozy dining area for 2 people and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, and sink. The bathroom with shower and toilet also has a window. You can enjoy your breakfast on the beautiful 7-meter-long west-facing balcony or wind down your day with a glass of wine or beer. From there, you’ll have a wonderful view of the mountains. A bottle of Prosecco will be waiting for you upon arrival as a welcome gift!

Clean room with lovely balcony and street view. The studio is about a 15min walk from the train station. Very quiet at nights. The oweners were very friendly and even give us a lift to the Hausberg ski lift one morning.

Annemarie is a wonderful host. The room is clean and cozy and within walking distance of the city centers. I highly recommend staying there.

Annemie was a lovely host! Even though she didn't speak English, she was very patient, and answered all questions translated on my phone or via email. The appartment is close to the bus stop (5 mins walk) and train station (10 minutes walk), so they was very Ideal. It's as a mounThe appartment has all the amenities you could need, and she kindly added a microwave for me to use. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone travelling to Garmisch,

A nice place in the first floor of a charming house, near the Rathaus of Partenkirchen. The landlady was very friendly and really tried to get us feeling at home. We borrowed umbrellas, she gave us useful tips for our stay, and she drove us to the station on the last day. The appartment was cosy and quite affordable. The mountains around were wonderful. The lake Eibsee is really to recommend a sunny day. Crystal clear water and the Zugspitze mountain as background. We strongly recommend this place.
