Our newly built villa is located at the foot of beautiful MtFuji in Fujikawaguchiko Town This listing corresponds to building A of the three villas If its a sunny day you can enjoy a superb view of Mt Fuji from the balcony or from the room Spend a relaxing vacation in an elegant atmosphere with your family and friends In addition it is accessible in about 7 minutes by car from Kawaguchiko IC / Fujinosato Alivio Building A can accommodate up to 4 people
The first floor has a living room and kitchen and the bathroom has two bathtubs making it a relaxing space
The second floor is the bedroom equipped with a semidouble size bed
There is parking space for 2 cars near the entrance

The villa is in superb condition, everything works fine and great. The self check-in and out is easy, and instructions are well made for guests. It has a very large bathroom with Fuji mountain view, and a lovely sauna room to relax. The kitchen is very well equipped that let us enjoy cooking a lot. The only downsides of this villa is that the wifi internet is very choppy and slow, this is something that can be improved.
