About this house rental
Old stone farmhouse completely renovated on a 30 ares property located on the Breton peninsula of Lézardrieux.
Ideally located in relation to many tourist points of interest (Île-de-Bréhat, the Talbert furrow, the Trieux ria, the Georges Brassens beach, Paimpol, Tréguier, the Roche-Jagu castle, the Abbey of Beauport, the town of Perros-Guirec and the pink granite coast,…).
Enjoy the peace and quiet of a country house by the sea and take advantage of all the facilities nearby.
The Lézardrieux marina as well as the GR34 coastal hiking trail are located at the bottom of the street that leads to the property, as is the center of the village of Lézardrieux located 600 meters away where you will find all the services: bakery, butcher's shop , restaurants and a market of local fresh produce which settles there weekly.
The house is our family home that we have the pleasure of making available to you during your stay ensuring you all the comfort and equipment contributing to your well-being as well as careful decoration.
You will appreciate the 260m² fitted out for 9 people including a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a large table for your meals (10 people) unless you prefer to have lunch on the small island welcoming 5 seats in bar counter.
A warm living room with stone fireplace and pellet stove awaits you for your reading, a convivial moment or watching your TV programs.
4 bedrooms with supply of linen for bedding
1 bedroom on the ground floor for 2 people
2 very large bedrooms upstairs for 2 and 3 people
1 very large room on the 2nd floor for 2 people
2 bathrooms with WC and 1 independent WC.
All the equipment and appliances necessary for your comfort are present.
Internet access and TV programs.
Landscaped terrace and garden with views of the surrounding countryside.
Parking facilities on the property even for trailer with boat for example.
The outbuildings located in front of the house, although part of the framework, are only partially accessible in order to preserve your security.
The arrival time is at 4 p.m. and the departure at 10 a.m. (except prior agreement on request).
