About this house rental
Farmhouse (160 m2) that has been recently renovated in the hills of Pisa (350 m a.s.l) in a 15 ha property with olive groves and woods. 1.5 km Castellina Marittima (all kinds of shops, horse riding), 12 km the sea, 40 km Pisa, Livorno and Volterra, 55 km San Gimignano. Panoramic view that extends from the Apuane Alps to the sea. In summer the sun sets behind Corsica, and some mornings, you can see the Duomo of Pisa. Peacefull position. In the equipped lawn near the house the swimming pool (4x8) (1/5-30/9) is to be found with a jacuzzi bench, changing room and outside shower. )
To take advantage of al the views, Serrantica has three dining rooms: one inside the house, one under the portico and one under the large fig tree in front of the house.
The private swimming pool is accessible from 01/05 to 31/09.

Absolutely brilliant house incl. the whole seroundings with gardens, entrance area and the pool. Spectacular view as promissed in the owners description.The house is huge and clean. Cooking is a pleasureand all dishes and cuttlery are clean and nicely usable.A very, very good chance that we will come again :-)Attention!For all those people who admire the Tuscany it is perfectly clear that houses like this are located in secluded areas.Therefore access could sometime be a little bit of an adventure. I READ SOME COMMENTS REGARDING STEEP AND ROCKY ROADS TO BE A DISAPPOINTMENT AND CHALLANGE FOR SOME VISTORS.The access to this house is absolutely know problem at all. Simply check Google Street View and you will know what to expect.Simply disregard these comments.A big thanks for Jean-Louise and Stefania!Tutto era assolutamente perfetto.

This house with surroundings is absolutely amazing! It was way better then we ever could have expected. Stefania that met up with us was so sweet and welcoming. The pool and the view was so nice. We have nothing to complain about at all and hope to visit again!
A little suggestion only, to put up some lights in the driveway and garden that would be light up at night would be amazing!

The villa is absolutly beautiful, more than fully equipped und the view over the countryside is breathtaking, especially with the sunset. The pool is big enough for 6 persons. Jean-Louis is super nice and courteous. The check-in was easy and welcoming. If you wanna have a beautiful villa in a super sweet area, this is the right thing.

Very nice and clean villa, great location. Extremely friendly staff. The panorama view of the villa and the yard with fig tree and pool area are perfect. The village of Castellina Marittima is close by and the beach isn't too far either. During the heatwave the house got a bit warm. We also would have appreciated a gas grill (instead of an outdoor fire place) but all in all very pleased with the house! We will come again!
